I was also bleeding all the time so my doc put me on BC pills(femcon). I had the worst pain/pressure/cramping during bowel movements. Because of the pain and the pills also made my bleeding worse (?) my doc put me on Aygestin. Im much better now. No more bleeding and pain free BM's In my case I beleive I was just on the wrong meds for my body.
