Jolanda, I am so sorry to hear that you are in such terrible pain. I don't know if pelvic PT is quite the same as what I went through, but I had PT for about 3 months concentrating on realigning my pelvis. My sacrum was thought to be torqued from adhesions. It was excrutiatingly painful the first couple of sessions, but began to help after a little while. They used a tens unit to help aleviate some of the pain. I also saw an acupuncturist for almost a year. It was fantastic for relaxation and definately helped bring down my pain level. My pain was not gone completely, but became more and more tolerable. I would be happy to describe my experience in greater detail if you would like to e-mail me. Alyson
