Hi Everyone, I have been quite silent lately, but I still really appreciate all of the support that I have received from everyone here. I have been battling endo for over 10 years now and hearing supportive words from others has really helped me to realize that I am not alone in this. I thought that it might be helpful to others to let you all know of an Endo event that my sister will be hosting in Colorado. The event will be held for Endo Awareness month and is actually the second event to be held. The first event took place last year and was an amazing success. She has set-up a website for the event at http://www.yogaforendo.com. The event will feature a yoga therapy class specific to endo, specialists in natural medicine specializing in endometriosis, and lots of wonderful items (donated to the event by sponsors) that will be raffled off with all money going to the ERC (Endometriosis Research Center). She is also working on a way to include the raffle on the website to raise more money for the cause, and to give people all over the country a way to help out the event! I know that there may not be that many people that are able to attend considering they are not in Colorado, but I wanted to let you all know that these types of events are being held and there are many people out there showing their support for this disease. I recently read a post from Monica saying she was thinking of starting an event too and I just think that is wonderful.
