Natasha, Yoga and walking are about all I can handle these days. I have also heard pilates is helpful, but specifically Windsor pilates. You may want to back off of any of the ab related exercises for a bit. Also try just exercising a couple of days a week and see if you feel well, then maybe add a third. I know it is so hard when you have been active to not be able to handle the kind of exercise that used to be part of your routine. Alyson
