Re: Am I crazy?.....Oprah

Hi ladies,
I'm on board with this one too...have written Oprah numerous times, no
response. I didn't see the episode but i am outraged at the ignorance
of this doctor. How about contacting media...we need to find out who
doesn't like Oprah (with money and pull) and go to them with our story.
I am sure that someone like that would be more than willing to tell our
story.
I too believe that the teenage band wagon is the way to go. Like many
of you I have been suffering since I was 16 and only diagnosed 5 months
after my 25th birthday.
Anything anyone can think of to help, I'm in. I have time and skills to
use. I have fundraised for a few organizations and I don't see why I
shouldn't fundraise to benefit myself and those suffering the way I do
on a daisy basis.
Press on...
Alexis.
