Marie, The symptoms you are describing are not uncommon to endometriosis. I for one have every one of them along with sciatic pain and bowel problems. The leg pain shoots down the insides of my thighs and just started a few months ago (hooray). I think the exhaustion is one of the hardest aspects to cope with. It is hard to believe you can be so wiped out without having done much. I think our bodies fight the pain and disease so hard that it just saps your energy. I don't know of any endo specialists in Iowa, but always suggest going to the Endo Victims web site. You can google either "endo victims" or "endo docs" to get the url. They have a great patient recommended list according to state, along with several links to other doctor resources. I was on Seasonale following my first sugery and also had alot of problems with it. I am not a fan at all! If you are looking for more info on endometriosis, try www.endo-resolved.com, http://www.morehead.org/wellconnected/000074.htm There is also a book, The Endometriosis Sourcebook. It gives a great pro vs. con look at all of the treatment options available. Alyson
