Re: went off the pill; late period = normal?

Hello,

Actually, this is very normal. some women do not have regular periods after coming off of birth control for up to a year (and some even longer). From personal experience, it took me almost 8 months to get semi-normal periods after coming off of birth control. If you are nervous, a trip to the doctor, or even an at-home pregnancy test may put your worries to rest. But, this is a very normal thing, and I wouldn't worry about it.

Good luck Kristen
