As I continued reading I noticed that it can also be applied to the skin as well. I have suffered from acne since I had my first facial (microabrasion) and then became pregnant and even now 5 years after the birth of my son I can not stop them from popping out. I have been using proactive and it does help but does not stop them from coming, (esp. during my monthly cycle). I get them not only on my face, but my arms, chest, and back. I was told to store my urine for about 4-8 days and then apply to skin. What I want to know is what is the proces to follow? Do i take a bath first or after? Do i use soap when removing urine from my skin? I just need to know the method of how to properly apply to skin, how long to keep it on my skin and how to remove it if I am supposed to.
