Re: Can a woman get endometriosis without any ovaries?

The first GYN I consulted mainly worked on infertility and he told me that 60% of the women he did laps on had endo and no symptoms except infertility or subfertility. It seems to be an open question why some of us get serious pain from endo while other women have the glands and stroma but no pain (no inflamatory reaction?) If anyone has more info on this, I'd be very interested (there's a hypothsis in the Endo Assn's recent book that it might be linked to yeast).
