Dear Tara,

>LAPEX is different though... Are the incision sizes the same? the

I had a small incision iside and across my belly button, one on left side which is about 1 cm or so long, and last one just at my pelvic hairline of about 2cm long. Only the left side and the pelvic incision had stitches which healed very fast. I do not think I will have any major scars even :)

>length of the surgery? I know that I will be down in GA for a week,

I was told that the surgery could be anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours depending on what they found inside. My endo was diagnosed as "mild" and the surgery was for 1.5 hours.

Good for you. Just take it easy. Hope you are getting an endo specialist for this.

Happy holidays.
