Adenomyosis can make a uterus enlarged and boggy...mine didn't look that way during the excision, but I was just coming off Lupron so who knows. There are reports of good diagnoses through MRI, but the only definitive diagnosis for adeno is dissection after a hyst.

Endometrial cancer probably would have been ruled in or out if I'd had the standard D and C, but I did not.

I do feel better on a day to day basis, just not better enough and I'm still getting killed on my periods.
