That is great news about your HMO approving the CEC! Thank you for the
encouragement, and for fighting your HMO!
Everytime one of us wins the right to treatment with REAL endo
specialists it raises awareness of the disease that much more, and
hopefully they will start to realize how serious this disease is, and
that there are good treatments available. It's been quoted here
recently, but it's almost always worth repeating that excision
specialists have recurrence rates of 20% or less after 5 years.
Battling an HMO is hard work, and I really do believe that your work
will benefit other women who may come after you. Thank you!
