Karen, I think your assessment is probably pretty close. I too think that as your endo grows it likely begins to aggrivate different areas in your pelvis, presses on new nerves, maybe forms new scar tissue on other organs etc. I've experienced alot of the symptoms you describe. My doctor actually sent me to a physical therapist for the sciatic pain. They did an adjustment of my sacrum and saw me in therapy for several weeks. It seemed to help aleviate the pain from sitting and the pain does not extend to my knees any more. Maybe that is something you can look into for the time being. Alyson
