when did you have your hysterectomy? did they take your ovaries out? could you still be healing from the surgery? also, did your doctor excise all the endo they could find when they did the hyst.?
if they left endo behind, it may be that you are having endo pain again. some docs think that after a hysterectomy all the endo will die off, but that's not true - whether you take HRT or not.
it could be lots of things, really. have you called your doctor? if not, please do!
