Hi Beth,

A week and a half isn't that long, and it sounds like he did a lot of work, so I think things are okay? It's good you're in touch with your doctor, and if it gets worse, call him back, or if you start vomiting or running a fever. I had a lap last year and the doctor didn't find any endo (never mind what I think of that, still sick 6+ months later), so she did absolutely nothing but look around and I was still pretty sore for 5 or 6 days!

I'll keep my fingers crossed that your pain means that he did a very thorough excising of all your endo, and these are the last surgery pains you'll ever have!

Best, D
