Did they ever find an actual infection, aside from the blood in your urine? Endo can irritate the bladder, but you may also have interstitial cystitis. It's another disease doctors don't know too much about, but you should be able to google it:

It's impossible to say from here, but a lot of wome who have endo have IC, too.

A word on the cranberry juice - if it is IC, acidic food and drink may actually make symptoms worse!
