That would be my guess. I know its so easy when you start feeling better to want to get back to your normal routine. I think our bodies have to let us know when we've gone to far so we'll back off! Whenever I have over done it and lifted something I shouldn't have or something along those lines, that area is the first place to start hurting. Have you tried yoga or pilates? That may be something good to try since it is low impact and some women suggest actually helps their endo symptoms. As far as the lump...I would try to get in there and let the doctor look at it soon. Watch it and if it feels hot or irritated I would call the doc asap.
