I was scheduled for a laparotomy on 11/29 to remove an endometrioma on the right ovary. Sadly, I have a sinus infection and swollen glands that doesn't seem to go away, and the anesthesiologist refused to put me under. After all the years of suffering with this disease, and waiting for surgery, I get a sinus infection - and my surgery is cancelled. I am going to see an ENT doctor on Wednesday. I'm on my second antibiotic - and it still isn't doing the trick. Please pray that I can be well enough to have this surgery next week, and be done with this disease. I have had endometriomas rupture in the past, and I am praying that this infection will go away so it can be removed safely.
