Amritakoul, So far according to all of the research I know of, there is no cure for endometriosis. I think alot of ill informed doctors would like to believe that is the case. There are some doctors here in the US that believe that it is possible to keep endometriosis from growing if a skilled surgeon cuts the endometriosis implants out, rather than burning them with a laser. If you would like to do some research on their methods, here are some web links: Dr. Cook: http://www.drcook.com/ Dr. Liu: http://www.gyndr.com/index.php (says Chattanooga, but he is also in NY) Dr.s Albee and Sinervo: http://www.centerforendo.com/ Looking at their web sites may answer some questions for you and help you learn about other treatment options.
