Your symptom sound similar to mine and two things have really helped me.
The first is acupuncture. I have a great acupuncturist and I experience
immediate relief when I go that lasts for a while. It also hep me to
remember to stay calm and listen to my own body (as opposed to the
disempowered feeling of many GYN offices). The second is being on the
birth control pill. I don't know if you have endo, but good luck
figuring it out and be well.
