I can only offer you this one bit of advice, check out this new pad called EndoFEMM (spelling?) thru the Endometriosis Research Center site, http://www.endocenter.org. It helps me even to this day. I am able to get up and take this pad to work, hide it underneath me and it really helps me get through the day. At times, I also suffer from IBS and found out that the heat also calms my bowel down and reduces even more pain. I guess the bottom line is, it helped me and gave me relief. I hope your journey ends as no one should have to live in such debilitating pain.
