Endo can either be in certain places near or even right on the sciatic nerves. It irritates the sciatic nerves and this causes pain in the hip buttocks region on one or both sides and the pain can go right down the legs (following the sciatic nerve) and into the feet. There are only a few very good doctors around who even know about this.
