Well I haven't taken anti-inflammoatories for over a decade so 4got how yuk the side effects can be. I was told to take 50 mg 3 x per day from the day b4 my period. However thats not really a useful method for my pain as my sciatic pain can start up well in advance of my period. So I decided to follow the advice of someone else who said 100 mg initial dose as soon as pain begins, followed by 50 mg twice aferwards on day 1 and then 3x 50mg doses each day there after for painful time. Here is how I feel 2 hrs after first dose: stomache intestines etc feel liquidfied and disgusting. Feel spaced out and foggy brained. Feel nauseous. Horrible mouth taste. Oh and its probably too soon to tell but I have no pain relief whatsoever. Does this sound normal? How long do I need to take these things before deciding whether they are helpful with my pain?
