Ada,

I also have severe pain during ovulations, at times it has been worse then during my period and it has gotten progressively worse over the past year. I had a lap 13 months ago and the ovulation pain started a few months after that. I have read this is a common problem with endo (pain during ovulaton progressively worsening over time), one doctor explained that during ovulation the ovaries expand with little cysts or something and when there is endo all over the ovaries it stretches the ovaries and causes pain. Not sure how true that is or what the exact medically terminology is but most woman have small cyst during ovulation and with endo it can be very very painful. I have had a 5cm cyst form during ovulation that was dreadfully painful. Trust me I know exactly how you feel.
