This is actually my 5th. I have been very blessed! It was only after my last child that the endo went nuts in me and I started to have severe problems. My ultra sound is scheduled for tomorrow morning so I think I will feel much better once I can see that things are ok to start with, and that there is only one. My first pregnancy was twins!
