Re: Can Endo grow while on birthcontrol pills (3 months in a row)?

Erica,

I am wondering if that happened too (didn't get it all). Her main concern was for me to get pregnant (which i did successfully).

i actually have periods 4 times a year. b/c i take the B.C. pill for 3 months, then i actually have a pd. before this past year i was on NO birth control pills--so was having HEAVY pds. for 3 of the past 4 years (and i still have heavy pds., just not as often)

i also have had some breakthrough bleeding (while on the pill, though NOT my actual pd. some of it even red blood...)

told all this to my doc and he said it could be my fibroid too (oh, did i mention that? i have a fibroid, though he said, if i have one, more than likely i have more).

my other doc (my husband is in the military, so we move around a lot--though the doctors that i have been seen are NOT military doctors, they are drs. "out in town." the only time i saw a specialist, was when i was trying to get pregnant. anyway my other doc thought for a moment i had IBS too--but he couldn't explain the throwing up and nausea that i was constantly having. i had SO many tests over that.

they had disappreared for quite awhile--and now they are back (though not the throwing up)

i am going to tell my current doc to look at my stomach too--make sure there isn't anything growing on it...

i do need to alter my diet. if nothing else, i would be healthier! sugar is my downfall.

thanks for your response--i am going to look into that drug as well~ (though i am not constipated, the EXACT opposite) sigh.
