I know it is a surprise but what are the odds you getting pregnant right before you hysterectomy. I had stage 3 endo when I was pg with my daughter that was born earlier this year. I asked my dr if I needed to be concerned with the endo and he told me actually it helps with the endo. Since you are not going through your cycle it slows down the growth. I will tell you that the endo has come back with a vengence with me. My daughter is 8 months old and I am going to have a hysterectomy in the next few weeks.
