Erica WOW it was like you were talking for me. I've totally been there with the break through bleeding with everything I've tried. How many mg are you taking a day of the Norethindrone?? They had to up mine cause I was having break through bleeding & it wasn't stopping. After they gave me a higher dose it has quit. My doc has given it to me both with the Lupron shot & continous bc.
