Along with every other possible endo symptom, I am experiencing extreme pain in my lower intestinal and rectal area during menses, especially with any movements such as small amounts of gas moving, bm, even coughing or sneezing. Is this indicative of cul-de-sac involvement of endo or could it be something else, somewhere else? I am booked for complete hyst plus BSO, but it is not until mid-April. I had a laparoscopy in 1999 for an endometrioma on my left ovary. I now have one on my right ovary. With waiting so long until surgery, I'm concerned about damage being done to my organs on a monthly basis until then and my ability to cope with increasing pain.
