Adhesions/Endo/treatment questions

Hi,
I have endo and bad ahesions. My questons is this...If I shut down my
cycle with b/c or Lupron, I'm assuming the adhesions will still be there
and therefore the pain from the adhesions will still be there. I
understand the reason for shuting down the menstual cycle, to avoid the
cyclic endo flare ups, but unclear what this strategy will do for pain
relief due to adhesions.
