Tiffany,

Do not feel dumb. Trust me that is a normal feeling. I had a lap for pelvic pain last year and I felt the exact same way. My biggest fear was they would find nothing and I would of went through that for no reason and people would of thought that I was exagerrating my pain, etc. They did find my insides covered with endo and it was a relief to have a diagnosis. I had asked my doctor what if she did not find anything and she said she expected to with my symptoms, but if not she would refer me out to a different kind of doctor.
