I have had a partial hysterctomy and have had problems with endo. I ran into problems because the hormanes still feed the endo. I never felt better after my first sugerery and went in and told the doctors that something was wrong and it was after telling them it was not post opt pain, they did an ct scan and found issues. I am going in on tuesday for my third surgery to have the last ovarie and tube removed.

I would ask your doctor if they saw any adhesions where the endo might have attached itself. If you notice any throbing pain that continues, talk to your doctor. He may be able to put you on a low dose birth control pill. That did help control the endo that was still there. There are also injections that have worked for people. I think that everyone is different. I have talked to people that the injections have and have not worked. I have also talked to people that after their partial hysterectemy, they had no problems. All I can say that if you dont feel like you are getting better as time goes on, let your doctor know. Hope this helps. Hang in there.
