Tammy, I used a TENS briefly in conjunction with physical therapy for the sciatic pain associated with my endo. It did feel good, but I didn't use it long enough to know if it would make a serious difference. Something else I tried that was similar was electric stimulation with acupuncture. The treatment was similar to the TENS. They attached little clips to the acupuncture needles the made them tick (just like the TENS). I did that for several months and it really helped decrease the intensity of my pain. Alyson
