I have heard of some women conceiving with Lecithin 1200 mg/day and PCOS. This is because of a deficiency in D-chiro-inositol in PCOS patients. The Lecithin contains the D-chro-inositol. The patient was using a brand of Lecithin from Wal-Mart.
