I noticed in my doctors records that history seemed to be used in the context of a history of complaints or of symtpoms(discussions of endo related symptoms). He could be taking into account the ER visits you mentioned as well. It is really hard to tell for sure without talking to him. Perhaps you can call and speak to his nurse. She/he can ask him for clarification and get back to you. Alyson
