Natasha, I was actually diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse before I was officially diagnosed with endo. The endo does not CASUSE mvp but it is common in women with endo just as it is common to have many other problems with endo. I do understand that it is scary. the next time you go to the dr you might want to ask about mvp. I do know that the higher my anxiety the worse my heart palpitations are. And where I do see the endo connection is that the higher my pain the more anxious I can become and then it can start the heart palpitations and then I become preoccupied with the heart palpitations. You see how it can be a vicious circle? Try to relax, exercise, and keep your mind busy. Do inquire with a Dr. but try not to spend your days and nights feeling for heart palpitations as it will only make it worse. Good luck. Ada >At Tue, 7 Nov 2006, ada wrote:
