It is rather common for women with endo to also have this. I do and I have experienced your symptoms. Also, what comes with mitral valve prolapse is anxiety/ panic attacks which can make the heart beat even more irregular. The good thing is that it is not serious (in the medical sense) but, yes it can be bothersome and scary. I find that mine comes and goes and is worse if I am anxious. Anyway, it is something to look into if you have not.
