I just thought about this and I figured I would ask just to kind of get a better understanding of the history of most of the women on this website about their endo problems. How old were you when you first started having problems? Did any of you start your period late in your teen years and is that related to endo? I didn't start my period until I was almost 15 where my cousins and friends started theirs around like 12 or 13. My problems with painful periods started at 16. I wasn't diagnosed with endo until much much later around my 20s. My doctor said that endo was probably present in my teens and could have been a reason why I didn't start my period until much later than most girls and that if I had been checked back then when I complained about my painful periods that endo probably would have been found then instead of so late in my life. Anyone else go through this to?
