I'm fairly new here but I felt the urge to respond to your question because I do know of someone that takes Lupron for her endo. I remember her complaining about shoulder pain and hip pain a lot when she first started Lupron and I think she had problems for like six months on it before it finally subsided. It may be one of those strange things that come and go during the first couple of months until your body gets used to it and then it passes. I hope you do feel better though and maybe someone else who is taking Lupron can respond to your question to give you better feedback than what I've offered.
