Re: Bleeding after a lap? UPDATE

I didn't know a lap could make you bleed so much but with my laparotomy I bled for 14 days after surgery. I had to go to the Dr. about a week after surgery from so much pain. Come to find out my uterus was distended and he had to put a cathater in my uterus and suck out all that old blood. It was so gross! I passed some plum sized ones so I feel ya on that one. I am glad you stopped bleeding. After several days you begin to feel dizzy and anemic.

Hope everything continues to go well and you feel better soon! ~Mollie :)
