Hello everyone, Sorry if this is a jumbled mess, but I read through a lot of the messages here, and you all seem like caring and understanding women. I had my laproscopy and was diagnosed with stage III endo last July. I was told by my OB/GYN that if I wanted to concieve, to wait a year and then start trying. In the mean time she had put me on a continuous cycle of the nuva ring. I started getting really persistent break through bleeding in the spring, and finally went to see my doc about it around May. She had me have regular periods until there was absolutely no breakthrough. I did good last month, but went ahead with one more period just to be safe. I am going to start the continuous again now. I desperately want to have a child, but my fiance wants to wait until after our wedding next year in July. I was wondering if you all knew how much of an affect waiting that much longer will have. I have this insistent feeling like we really need to start trying now, and my fiance wants me to get a second opinion. I feel like he is stalling on making a decision. We are planning on going to Ireland for the honeymoon, and I think he is letting that affect his opinion. He says he is just worried that we aren't in a good place to start trying now. We are currently living in Northern Virginia, but will be living in MD in the next year or so. I was thinking of getting an OB/GYN in Montgomery County MD so that I will have the same one if/when we give birth. Any suggestions for a doctor there would be greatly appreciated, I have bc/bs insurance, so one that is a provider for them would be the best. I just have this constant sadness in me, like the spirit of my future child is yelling at me to hurry up before it's too late. Any advice on the timing would be wonderful. Also, advice on how to talk to my fiance' would be great. He is a sweet and sensitive man, so I don't understand why I seem to be having this problem communicating how I feel to him. He seems to be reacting like the "typical man" disregarding my instinct in favor of arguing practability. Please Help if you can. Thank you so much for even reading this. It helps to know there are others out there going through the same thing. P.S. I too suffer from regular migraines, never realized it might be a connectionto the endo so thanks for sharing!
