Hello Heidi,

I also have Endo and have been thru the same treatments you have. I have also had experience with Aygestin. One thing to remember is that everyone’s body reacts differently to certain meds so don't base your decision solely on what others have to say. For example I did absolutely wonderful on the Lupron, but your experience with it wasn't good. As far as the Aygestin goes, I had a horrible experience with it. I felt like I was on a PMS trip to h***, while taking this medication. It made me so irritable, little things would make me mad enough to feel like I could tear down a brick wall.

When I told my Dr. about the symptoms he immediately had me quit taking the medication. You may have a good experience with this and you may not. I would suggest doing some research on it first. The good thing about the Aygestin is that unlike Lupron it isn't stuck in your system for several months. If you have a bad experience with it, you can always stop taking the medicine.

I hope this helps and good luck with your treatment.
