Hi Jess! If you look back through the forum archives, you can find lots of posts about Lupron, some good, some bad. It does effect everyone differently so do your research and make an informed decision for YOU. I have done it twice, both times with great success, so I am lucky. For me, few side effects and the pain goes away completely within weeks of the first shot and I tend to stay pain free for a year or more after stopping. I would do it again if needed but I have done Lupron twice, had three laps, countless ultra sounds and doctor visits, tried I don't know how many kinds of birth control, and at age 35, will probably just have a total hysto when it gets to the point I can't take it anymore.
