Hi, everyone. I have a pre-op appointment on Nov. 2. I know that I should ask some questions and I know what the questions are, normally. But when I sit down to write them out so I don't forget one, I can't remember any of them. I think it is because I am scared and upset. I have never had surgery before so I don't really know what to expect plus I am a college student. I was suppose to graduate in Dec. but since I have missed so much school (because of pain and appt) a few of my professors told me to drop their classes and take them in the Spring because I had basically already failed because of attendance. So I ended up having to drop two classes, which means I have to wait until May to graduate. I have been in college for six years and I was so happy that I was finally getting out and was going to be able to start a career and move on with life. But now I have to wait another semester because my body decided to have a mind of its own. Sorry if I sound upset, I try to look at things in a positive way but I am having a hard time for this one. Anyway, I am writing to get some advice on what kinds of questions I should ask on Thursday since my mind isn't working right. I thought that since just about all of you have been through this you guys would know exactly what I should ask. I hope to hear from some of you guys soon. Thanks a lot for listening.
