Re: Anyone on Provera?

Oh gosh I am sorry you went through that. Some other women will be able to help you more. I had a bad experience on depo. It made my bleed heavier/clots much worse and the cramps etc got much worse and then I passed a big cyst (thought I had miscarried) about the second period into the 3 month injection. (dont know if the depo caused the uterine cyst tho but it was a hellish period) I hope it is just your body trying to adjust but if you are still having a bad time of it by the time the next inj is due I would talk to your doctor about whether it is worth the side effects. There is no way in hell I could handle the side effects personally. Some women get great relief from depo and some cant use it at all. In the meantime go to the doc for sure if you are scared. Of couse as usually happens with us lot LOL by the time you get to the doctor the crisis will have passed and the doctor will prolly say it just takes time for the body to adjust and to come back if it happens again. *insert rolling eyes*.

Good luck.
