What you report are symptoms of yeast overgrowth and treating yeast overgrowth has been the most successful endo treatment reported in Endo Assn surveys.

There are herbal anti-fungals you can take, but it's recommended that you seek the guidance of an MD or naturopath. They can test for what strains you are dealing with and tailor the treatment.
