Hi Laura, Let me just say that you are so smart to get help at a young age. Although I cannot offer you much advice, I could have wrote those statements at 19 easily. I did not get diagnosed with endo until Feb 2006 after a lap. A week after my 33rd birthday. I suffered for yrs with very painful periods and painful intercourse. My sex life during my marriage was very difficult. My husband did not understand what was going on and I didn't know why I felt all of the pain either. You are doing the best thing you can in getting help and looking for answers before you start trying to have children. I wish I had pushed harder to find out why I was in so much pain. On the plus side even though I was suffering I still had 3 beautiful children. I wish you all of the best and I hope they get to the bottom of your difficulties and your pain. Don't back down it is your body! Keep us posted. I truly hope that you get the answers and the relief that you need. Best of luck! Take care, Hugs, Kelli
