I had a doctor's appointment last week, and they did a hand exam while I was on my period. I was very tender, so next Thursday I'm meeting with a specialist who will do a CT, then decide if a lap needs to be done. This has been such a frustrating and slow process... I've been to so many doctors before anyone would help. I'm 19, and I really want to make sure that I will be able to have kids at some point. I'm also sick of painful periods and painful sex. For now, they switched my off Yasmin because it wasn't helping my cramps, to something that I can take continuously so that I don't have my period at all. This is all quite scary, and I just want answers now, not a month or two from now. I also want this to be over so that I can focus on college...
