Doctor in state of Washington near Seattle/Bremerton? Please I'm going crazy!!!!

I'm in the U.S. Navy and I've been bounced around the military doctors quite a bit, I have an appointment on Wednesday with another new doctor(this will be number 8). I want to go to the CEC but for my insurance to cover it I have to prove no one in my area is capable of what they could do. As I've said a few times before on this forum I've had a lap they saw endometriosis lab came back negative, but when I sent my record and narrative to the CEC Dr. Sinervo said he thinks I still have it. Is there anyone who lives near Seattle that can recommend either a really good doctor or one that can talk to my insurance about letting me go to Atlanta? Please, I'm going nuts bouncing around all these military doctors.

Personally I'm always ready to learn, although I do not always like being taught.
