I have been on norethidrone for the past month and over the weekend I stopped taking it. I can not handle the side effects which have been severe mood swings, depression, irritabiltiy. All of this started happening a few days after I started taking it and I have been waiting it out and I would rather have my sanity then stopping my period. It never took the pelvic pain away. Does anyone know what the reprecussions of quitting this medication are? I left the nurse a message this morning telling them I was not taking it anymore and I haven't heard back.
